SUREDECK
A new concept in scaffolding plank. It is the first steel plank designed to lap, just like wood, allowing it to rest on scaffold frames at any angle. Unlike the wooden planks it replaces, it won't rot, absorb moisture, split, splinter, swell, warp or burn. SureDeck is 10-inches wide and is made in four standard lengths: 8, 10, 12 and 16 feet.
Benefits:
- Made of galvanized steel, it has a slip resistant surface and offers long-term corrosion resistance.
- End caps to protect plank ends, promote additional slip resistance, and eliminate tripping hazards caused by open ends.
- SurePlate, the slip resistant end plate prevents plank from slipping off frames.
- SureDeck is not limited to right angles and straight runs like hook-on plank.
- Safe and easier to inspect than wood plank.
- More rigid, less bounce, providing a more secure feeling than wood plank.
Applications:
- Ideal for use in environments where flammability is a concern or where welding must be done.
- Where long-term requirements are a concern.
- Where ever wood plank is regularly used.
